Use the wind for something positive! Learn to tame your kite in the mountain wind on a weekend course in snow kiting with Tau and Tind.

 

Filefjell has a long tradition of kiting. Learn to kite on one of our snow-covered mountain lakes. Here it is almost always windy at one of the kite areas.

 

The course is for those who have never kited before.

 

Course content:

• Wind understanding and safety
• Equipment review
• Kiting in pairs

 

There is a lot to learn before you are ready to strap on your skis. We start without skis on our feet with small kites, before gradually moving on. If we are ready for it, we strap on our skis at the end of the course.

 

The course package includes accommodation with breakfast and a self-lubricated packed lunch at Filefjellstuene. You choose whether you want to add dinner or a sauna to the package. This can also be booked separately closer to arrival.
